NASC Custom & Hotrod Show, Drayton Manor Park, Staffordshire, 14th May, 2006
No pictures of the RJES 2.5 Syncro camper on display (I forgot), but a few of some of the cool rods which were there. Thanks for everyone who had a look at our products, asked a question, or took a business card. About 25 card went - not bad for a rod show with only about 7 VW’s on display!
Bus Types, Oswestry Show Ground, Shropshire, 22 - 23rd April 2006
For a relatively small, relatively new show, Bus Types was excellent. Very busy, particularly on the Sunday, and lots of traders there too. Thanks to everyone who visited the RJES stand, especially the guy who came specifically to see me, but only arrived as I was packing up! You just caught me! The RJES display in one of the rare moments I didn’t spend talking to someone about Subaru conversions:
British Volkswagen Festival (BVF), Three Counties Show Ground, Malvern, Worcestershire, 1 - 2 July 2006
A good show. A bit quiet at times on Saturday, but busy on Sunday. I forgot to take any pictures.
VW Northwest, Tatton Park, Cheshire, 13th August 2006
Another good show, despite the wet weather to start with. I forgot to take any pictures (again). One guy I’ve met since said he couldn’t get to speak to ma all day, so it must have been busy!.
Vanfest, Three Counties Show Ground, Malvern, Worcestershire, 9th - 10th September 2006
Vanfest just keeps on getting bigger / busier every year. It must have just about out grown the site now, with space that was previously car parking all taken up by the show, and all the car parking across the road in a field.. Thanks to everyone who called in and said hello - sorry it was so busy that I didn’t get to spend long speaking to a lot of people. I need some staff to cope at Vanfest. Thanks to Nic for helping out all weekend (and filling my bus with the never ending piles of stuff he bought at the show!).
