Laser Cutting
Need custom laser cut parts for your project, but don’t have the facilities to get them made? We may be able to help. We typically order laser cut parts every couple of months (approx), and can add smaller quantities of custom parts to these orders, or place a bespoke order if the quantity is sufficient. All standard thickness’ of steel up to 20mm, and most other materials available. Examples include:
Brackets
Spacers
Flanges
Washers
Toothed wheels (for engine management crank position or axle speed sensors, etc)
If you can supply the designs as .dxf files, that’s ideal. However, we can also work from drawings, sketches, sample parts, gaskets, etc, or design from scratch. An extra cost to cover the design work will apply, especially for small orders.
We also occasionally order laser cut tube components (as used for engine mount crossmember tubes). We can order custom parts for you from tube too, however there is a substantial set up charge for the machinery, so you need to be ordering a considerable quantity. Any size of square or round tube can be cut.
